  • HOA dues are due on April 1 each year. Log into your account at www.tolleycm.com to access your account.
  • The pool opened on May 2, 2025, and is scheduled to close for the season on Monday, October 13, 2025. Please familiarize yourself with the pool rules. Some reminders are below:
    • Pool hours are 8:00 am – 9:30 pm. Pool keys will only work during open hours.
    • Only persons with an active key may enter the pool. Pool keys may not be shared with neighbors and you may not open the gate for residents without an active key.
    • A homeowner or home occupant must accompany all guests. A homeowner is responsible for their guests.
    • Pets are not allowed in the pool gate.
    • Please pick up after yourself/your guests. Close pool umbrellas, turn the water off in the bathroom sinks and close bathroom doors.
    • Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside of or near the pool enclosure.
    • Breaking pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges and fines.
    • If you would like to use the pool for a party, please email Lauren_Irvin@yahoo.com to be placed on the calendar. This is to prevent multiple people planning to use the pool for an event on the same day.
  • Information for the 2025 annual meeting will be coming soon.
  • Any exterior updates to your house or landscaping need to be submitted to the ACC for review and approval prior to the work being completed. Please log into your account at www.tolleycm.com to submit the ACC request.
